Phase II of the Community-based Coastal Resource Management Program, funded by the Canadian International Development Research Center – IDRC-. Estimated budget: US$350,000. Period 2002-2003.
The difference between this phase, which began in May this year, and the previous phase, is that the IOI - Costa Rica will be have full responsibility of administrating the projects under its purview. Other than this, the objectives pursued through a more rigorous evaluation screening, based on previous experience, are practically the same. This phase should end in 2003.
