Injusticia
y lucro en contratos de bioprospección

Abstract
Se
revela el contexto histórico en que surgieron la bioprospección
"moderna", el concepto mismo y el convenio Inbio-Merck.
Se da cuenta de los distintos tipos de bioprospección según
formas de ejecución y fines y, a partir de ello, se establece
una tipología de contratos firmados y ejecutados en la
última década por diferentes actores sociales. Finalmente,
se evalúa el cumplimiento de las promesas de los distintos
modelos de bioprospección concluyéndose que son
injustos.
It's
revealed the historical context in which "modern" bioprospection
emerged, the concept itself and the Inbio-Merck agreement. The
various types of bioprospection are accounted according to forms
of execution and ends and, from these, a typology is established
of signed and executed agreements in the last decade by different
social actors. Finally, the completion of the promises of the
various bioprospection models is evaluated, concluding that they're
unfair.
