explotar energía en áreas protegidas ticas

Abstract
Partiendo
de que la afectación de los equilibrios ecológicos
en las áreas silvestres protegidas nacionales es nefasta
ecológica, ética e incluso -de acuerdo con una visión
no estrecha- económicamente, y de que cualesquiera actividades
y obras de infraestructura económica en esas áreas
las afectaría negativamente, se argumenta contra posibles
y previstos proyectos de generación eléctrica en
ellas, demostrando que la producción energética
que se podría lograr sería insignificante para el
país, cuyas necesidades actuales y futuras de electricidad
pueden ser satisfechas a partir de las plantas externas a dichas
áreas.
Given
that the alterations of the ecological equilibriums in the national
wild areas is ecologically, ethically and even, according to a
not narrow view, economically harmful, and that whatever activities
and works of economic infrastructure in these areas would affect
them negatively, it's argued against possible and foreseen projects
of electric generation in them, proving that the energy production
that could be achieved would be insignificant for the country,
whose actual and future electric needs can be satisfied from plants
external to these areas.
